Kiwis - we've all watched in horror and disbelief as our friends&family in Christchurch have suffered terribly, many of us struggling with how best to lend a hand.

Here's your chance! phil&teds employees have banded together to 'Donate a Day' of annual leave to the Christchurch appeal, which the company will pay direct. Yup - we're all giving up a day's leave, and yup: the company is paying that money. But it's a donation so it's tax deductible for both individual & company, and - let's face it - you'll earn that day back in no time!

Now we're challenging every employee of every business in New Zealand to do the same.

The Big Idea? Challenge New Zealand's workforce (individuals) to donate a day of leave (ie the value of a day's leave) to the quake fund. It's that easy.

Join the phil&teds crew as we try to muster NZ business folk to help get Christchurch City back on track.

We have 122 Days donated already!

To get involved please do the following:

  1. Gather up the troops and arrange your D-A-D tally, and confirm the donation with your payroll brigade. (Donation suggestions: Red Cross, Christchurch Earthquake Appeal )

  2. Email us your D-A-D tally and your company logo which will be displayed on the D-A-D website.

  3. Visit our D-A-D website for more details and to see the D-A-D tally grow.
